Alumni and Friends of the Bernice Johnson Cultural Arts Center are getting together for a day of festivities, fun and family! JOIN US! There's something for everyone: Workshops, Panel Discussion, Lunch, Class Photos, Mix & Mingle, Performance, After Party, and Dinner.

WHAT'S THE SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY?

ALL INCLUSIVE, FULL DAY PACKAGES:
*$2 must be added to the price of all packages if paying online
Full Day Adult Package (12 to 59) - $75
Full Day Senior Package (60+) - $55
Full Day Children's Package (11 & under) - $35
Performance/Dinner/After Party ONLY (Adults, Seniors & Children) - $50
*Please know that space is limited for all activities, especially Workshop classes Panel Discussion and Film Screening. Please be sure to register asap to make sure we can accommodate you in your favorite activities of the day. Priority will be given to BJ Alumni (and their family members) who purchase Full Registration Packages IN ADVANCE. If space permits, we MAY allow Walk Ins.
IS THERE A DEADLINE TO REGISTER?
Please register no later than Friday, August 12th so that we can ensure space, food and T-shirts for all. If we have space available after August 12th, we will continue to accept registrations.
*We strongly encourage everyone to Register as early as possible so that we have funds to work with. We will let you know as soon as Registration is open.
WHO HAS TO PAY?
EVERYONE! Alumni, Friends, Former Staff, Committee Members, Performers, Workshop Teachers, Musicians, Panelists, Children... We're all paying our way in order to cover costs and in the hopes of ensuring bigger and better reunions in the coming years.
WHAT DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE ENTITLE ME TO?
Those who purchase the Full Registration Package are entitled to participate in any and all of the scheduled activities and events as long as space allows. You will also receive a commemorative t-shirt.
WHERE WILL THE MONEY GO?
Any monies collected will go towards covering the expense of this event. Any leftover funds will be used for future BJ Alumni endeavors or events.
